The 18 Nano Exfoliation
The exfoliation can be customizable, so you decide whether or not to use these tools. The 18 nano is a buzzy silver spoon looking thing that was running over my face. It creates oscillation in the skin to actually allow a deeper clean and to kind of remove a lot of that excess sebum that's inside the pores as well. We never overdo it on the skin because we don't want to create trauma. But we grab what we can because nobody wants a blackhead in their skin if you don't have to.
