Sally Kohn: I think generally, these view criteria are pretty loose and leave a lot of room for bias. But i also think, like, well, if this is something that really matters, then let's do it right. She says in many cases, you can have people fill out a form about their demographics to get a boost from the system. No human judgment needed.
