Set an alarm at like six thirty or seven o'clock that evening saying start getting ready for bed. Go lay out your outfit for the next day. Start calming down. For some of you, this is going to be eight or nine o'clock at night. Do you need to actually sit down and have a whole planning session the week before to really mark off those times? Set those alarms as reminders so that you can start living a life that's on purpose.
