The Blackout in New York City
During the during the power outage, which lasted overnight, it was reported the lowest crime rates ever in the history of new york. Everybody presumably went home, lit a candle, lit another candlei rubbed their hands together over over the fire of the candle and all thise lazy criminals. In 19 65, i guess the criminals were still very em very electricity dependent. Yes, they didn't have the battery technology we have to day, thanks to elon but i think it really was, had a lot to do with a couple of factors.
