How to Increase Load With Body Weight Strength Training

You can use so many household items to do the same job that you would going into the gym. So yes, I'm not going to be able to recreate a squat rack in my living room. But when I have my runners going under a squat rack, that's generally, you know, two feet for a squat, right? We can add that same load by allowing for a little bit of elevation. You don't have to have these crazy amounts of weight.
