How to Handle the Stinging Fly

I think from a writerly perspective, it can obviously be frustrating to submit your work and then hear nothing at all that often happens. Is there a policy in place where you do respond to each and every person but maybe with differing degrees of attention depending on the quality of the work? Yeah, I mean, there have been times when we have to be able to get back to everybody or when I just wasn't able to do it all. But yeah, so we do have like everybody would now get a response and that's obviously made so much easier.
