The Importance of AI Governance

I'm trying to learn more about AI governance to the extent that I can and it's a challenging subject but it seems important. It feels like a very hard problem we should have been on five years ago as soon as it became clear that deep learning might kind of go all the way. EA would have a lot of credibility if you know the first time you asked me okay what what policy should be done about AI there'd been an answer other than "we'll give back to you in a couple of years"
