When i was 20 years old, i was diagnosed with chronic fatigue. I started meditating and thinking about how i want my life to be. Then when i would look in the mirror, i would find one thing i loved. This is how i got into nutrition. But what i see is people go the opposite. They look in the and they criticise themselves. And that is the fastest path to an unhealthy life. It's just a virus of the minds. We're taught to do that. You can swite, laughter, swipe right now on instigram, and all of a sudden you look completely different. it's like e the rat ofamd version.
