As a young kid, i always wanted to know, what isit working? People ask that question more so than you think. I would just sort of really, like, tweak the movement to make it do more work. The connection on not just your mind with one muscle, but on every exercise, matters. And even if you don't gain muscle size from doing that, although i think it's very hard not to, especially f you're not used to doing that. There there's a term i like to call muscularity, which is a difference rights the level of a sort of resting tone in the muscle that improves dramatically.
