Fats suppress your appetite, which is good sometimes and it will make you feel fuller longer. If you don't have some fuel in your body, when you go to train, you're going to feel lethargic. So around workouts, I bump the cards up, I lower the fats down. And then when I'm not training, I up the fats up because, you know, if I want to feel full or longer and I don't want to feel hungry, well, then I had more fats into it,. That'll give me that satiety that'll stay with me for a longer period of time.
