How Does Public Speaking Affect Mental Health?

Jonah hill's statement sparked a lot of dialogue. She said she didn't want to kdow this any more, where not everyone does. But i do think taking an honest reflection of how different aspects of different people's jobs cause mental health concerns would be beneficial. I don't expect someone who is really good at one aspect of their game to play a different position just because another player happens to not be good at that.
