How to Get a Co-Worker Fired

It says I have a co-worker who is really hard for me to get along with he seems Like he is intentionally working slowly as if he's worried that he'll get laid off if he finishes his project too quickly. He doesn't take my advice when I recommend doing things differently even sing simple things like variable names that are less likely to collide with other variable names.
