The Benefits of Using Incognito Extracts
The incognito spectrum of hops can be used in both kettle ready and flex. They don't have any vegetative matter, so there's no beer loss from them. The extract goes straight into the whirlpool and adds that whirlpool flavor for you. In 2019, we currently have eight varieties available of that.
