Talent Selection and EV Grant in India

This chapter focuses on talent selection for the EV program in India, including the speaker's experience receiving an EV grant for Indian talent. They discuss the similarities between identifying Indian and Western talent, their doubts and eventual involvement in the talent identification process, and their immersion in supporting COVID initiatives in India. The chapter also explores the correlation between a higher proportion of pro-social projects among EV winners and discusses the lack of funding for for-profit companies in the pro-social sector of EV India.
