Anesthesiology - I Love That!

Being willing to have that flexibility and not stop on other people's plans when they're perfectly reasonable can really go a long way to building, building important relationships. One has to remember that as anastesiologists or anestesiac professionals, we don't really generate business for a health care institution which is not the nature of how surgical practice works. So i think it is very valuable to try to be flexible to their preferences.
