Is Tim Anderson in the WBC Draft?

I think Tim Anderson's had an IELSTENT every season for around four years in the road now. There's obviously an expectation of him being able to at least threaten to be a 2020 guy if he's fully healthy even though that's like with other people in the team is not something we've seen on some consistent basis. You can even throw Andrew Vaughn in there even though he's mostly healthy last year because they believe that running him around the outfield out of position was why he didn't have the pop or the offensive second half.
