Type 2 Diabetes - Do You Have to Have High Albuminuria to Opt in for an SGLT2?
In the current guidelines for people with chronic kidney disease, do they have to have that high level of albuminuria to opt in for an SGLT2? Yeah, it's a great question and it's one that is actually there's been a little bit of confusion depending on which guidelines you look at. The ADA and K-DIGO published recently a consensus statement saying we should be using S GLT2 inhibitors if someone has chronic kidney disease.
