Are You Serving Your Needs?

The most important thing really is to make sure that you are serving other people's needs rather than they are serving your needs. It could be that the best way to provide the kind of services and ministry that you do is to have everybody in person. And so then we say, well, if it's not perfect then we shouldn't pursue it but here's the problem. Nothing is perfect. If you ask this question of things, of new things, I think what I think leaders should start asking of every kind of organization is: Is there a new problem? That's a much better question for building an organization.
