Carly Goodman-Smith is the operations manager for Tyler Grange, their own environmental planning consultancy with 80 staff. As part of a trial, the whole company moved to a four-day week, taking Fridays off. She says it has made a big difference to her life and that she can spend more time with her two children who are now at school. But does that zen feeling for a longer weekend, meaningfully affect what you end up then doing Monday to Thursday?
