The Impact of Chat Support on the Future of the Workforce
As you get into your forties, people have a higher preference to work remotely. The reason is folks in their forties have young kids and they have more space. People often ask a lot about gender. It turns out there isn't a huge variation in levels of work from home by gender. Both men and women with young children have a much stronger preference to work from home. And the other group is around disability. So if you have either, you know, disability from life or you're aging into it, we see a strong preference there.
