The Key Elements of Electoral Relativity
For a democracy to be functional, at the very least, the people need to be able to identified that they are unhappy with what the people in power are doing. In states like wisconsin and florida, where we saw a recent gerrymander by a governor, ron de santus, and all across the nation as well. That causes a whole host of other problems. And that, i think, is kind of the, a, the key element here - you don't have the ability for voters to throw the bums out.
