The Negative Consequences of No Time
Before there was no time where it was like, oh, when do we decide what we're doing next? The answer to that was just like,Oh, we just continuously kind of update here and there. And so that was like, that would fall victim to me getting excited about something and being like, Oh my gosh, we have to do this. It tended to lead to things not really getting pushed all the way through. But I think a warning sign that I sort of didn't quite pay enough attention to was that people would saySomething like, like, two-pole employees would be like, when can I like make a pitch that we should work on this thing next?
