The SEC's Soft Position on Cryptocurrency Regulation
The SEC has not taken a hard stance on anything. This XRP case is one of the first cases where they're actually taking a favorable stance or the court case took a favorable stance for the entire crypto industry. I mean, we're falling behind Hong Kong, Europe, UK specifically in Japan, all making pro crypto legislation regulation that is very favorable for the industry. And so people are just going to go elsewhere.
