Is There Any Thrust From Number Two Engine?
At five 30 a m u t c, when the flight was about forty five nautical miles southeast of hong kong, at eight thousand feet, the e camp showed engine one stall message. The crew pulls back the number one engine thrust lever to idle and disengages the auto thrust. They're on, but they're not really giving any thrust. Its almost like you're pushing something that has no gas in it. No, thats we call that. So maybe that answers your question. I don't know if they could do a mist approach with one engine at 37 %. Maybe they can. But i'd have to be an a three 30 pilot to answer that.
