The Anabolic Window Concept Isn't Matching Total Daily Protein
The anibolic window concept, where you're supposed to eat protein and carbohydrates within 30 to 60 minutes after training, doesn't even match total daily protein. So we took it a step further and said, okay, if the anabolic window concept really holds true, then it might even work better with pre exercise administration of nutrients. We compared immediate prex xercise um nutrient administration a significant amount of protein that would cause a robust rise in in muscle protein synthesis either pre exercise or post exercise. Sure enough, there was no difference in the results, whether you you consumed it immediate, pre or immediate post.
