Is Your Culture Set Up Right?

Rework talks about the culture at your company. It sounds like there is set up a culture of respecting people's focus, time and attention. We have a lot of arte members who have this problem with distraction. For bigger companies, i'm not sure that the open office is always a good idea. But for us, because of the mentality that we have, i think that's why sometimes, of course, we yet into quarrel sometimes.
