LinkedIn uses a very significant set of principles of responsible AI. We're being extremely careful as we introduce LOMs and generative AI features into our products. Reinforcement learning from human feedback is just a generally accepted method within these products. The posts you see in your feed are different than the next person sitting next to you. And I want to give some examples of this, including one on the screen now where you can get personalized recommendations about what courses you should watch.
