He says it is up to an investment team or a deal team to decide whether they want to add operating partner resources in the first place. So, if you think about these five stages, where the deal team and where the operating team get involved will vary; their levels of involvement will also vary. And then there's the point where a private equity firm will exit that portfolio company.
