I think there's enough people with investments. I think the problem is in certain parts of the country, california, the northeast, specially boston area,. property is amillion to two million plus homes an one to two million. So i don't know, it doesn't line up with the amount of people that are that are going all cash. It seems like there's a little bit of a disconnecter, yes, i think it's some families.
