How to Get the Best Coach in a Sport?
It's often the players that had to grind for everything that they got, who become the best coaches. The inverse spot does not go the other way round. You could be the best player in the world, but if you didn't reach your top potential and work to reach that top potential, then you probably won't be able to deliver to a young athlete how to do that. Whereas like me, i feel like i reached my potential. It was crazy low not reach it. Nobody ever ed it. My ceiling was not, was not that high. Wish it iwas.
