Is Facebook Putting You Into Echo Chambers?
I think there's so many opportunities where you could just use the flip side of what we're currently doing. And I mean, it feels like it would be better for everyone as well because ... these things tend to be great for learning and for wellbeing and for social development. So if you look at the problem of echo chambers and Muffley, it's not new. It's not unique to the online world, but I think it's certainly exaggerated. There's quite a bit of research on political sectarianism, polarization, where you see this happening.
