The producer is always going to have more top ing price risk exposure to that crop then the intermediatoris and and consumers. A wild fluctuation in in crop prices, you know, i can put that farmer out of business very quickly. Speculation is what they try to sell to other people to move that risk elsewhere. But at the end of the day, although it hurts in the short term, it really doesn't change your life significantly.
