The search continues in Texas for a man accused of fatally shooting five of his neighbors, including an eight year old boy Friday night. A handful of big banks have reportedly placed bids to take over first Republic Bank, which could become the third major American bank to fail in less than two months. The Red Cross organized an aircraft to deliver eight tons of medical aid and supplies to hospitals on Sunday, which is expected to treat more than 1,000 people. Meanwhile, Sudanese civilians remain trapped with diminishing supplies and tens of thousands of others have escaped the violence and fled to neighboring countries.
