Mora - Is He a Hoyd?

The first thing chelon thinks when she sees him is that he reminds her of hoyd. Mora is such an interesting character. I don't think he actually is hoyd, but that sort of quality where he kind of stands out doesn't seem to exactly feel right. And then there are other things to back that up as well.
