The Importance of Convincing Others to Do What They Do

People who listen to this podcast have a clear idea of what they think UX is and what it means to them. But as we've seen in the responses, the hard work is actually convincing other people within the organization what their job is. The ones I ended up with were Maturty. We're talking about organizational maturity here. This is maturity on the UX scale. Exactly. And then there's the tools section where people get into thinking about prototyping tools like Azure or actually put the IE response in there because that's actually something you did. Very practical thing.
