The Difference Between Attempting and Failure to Spit Properly

Failing to be able to spit properly is not an excuse. Failing to murder doesn't get a lesser sentence from being a bad murderer. Wouldn't it be better to have the bad murderers out on the street, though, and impress them? I suppose so. It was just a natural selection. Yeah, people, four people, luckily four people tried to murder me today, but they're all bad murderers who've been not allowed not to go to jail. There's no difference. But you get a letter, yes, the same for attempted murder. No, you don't.
