Is There Something Special About Cities?

i grew up in the suburbs of canada's biggest city, teronto. i think those early days really piqued my interest and we're starting to commune to me that there was something special about cities. It inculcates us into the sense that the world is constantly dangerous tand that we need to live in fear. I mean, partly it is a society wide problem in terms of messaging,. but i also try to point out in the book that women, we can trust ourselves a little bit more.
