Tom Charity: I looked up what the FCC rules for game shows are. He says it's unlawful for any person with intent to deceive in a contest of intellectual knowledge or intellectual skill. The law is interesting, he adds. It may not have been settled for vast sums of money because this intellectual knowledge orellectual skill point is an interesting one.
