The Vikings and the International Trade

The vikings were more prominent than their contemporaries, the franks or the various lavi groups. The concept of honor seems to be very important in viking society. I am also among the people who think that their religion was so different that they may have believed in things like human animal shape shifting. They may have believed that they could take on qualities of animals to go into to battle fierce as bears and wolves. That brings a certain amount, perhaps, of opportunism, of being ready to do whatever it takes to hav stories told about you.
