ZK Rollups
The key difference between optimistic rollups and ZK rollups is when they choose to pay the cost of verification. They'll post the minimum amount of data that's required to reconstruct all the transactions. And only in the case if someone raises a dispute against what the sequencer posts will they have to re-execute all the transactions? I see. So like a ZK rollup theoretically will settle immediately, but technically there is a window for people to raise those disputes on an optimistic rollup. But three days later someone could challenge. Yeah. If it's legit, then it would stay anyway. It would only be if it was like faked or whatever.
