Cavernous Venous Thrombosis
The patient had a CBC with a white count of 13.5 hemoglobin and hematocrit of 13.9 and 39.6 respectively. She also had an MRI of the head that showed a 1.6 by 1.2 centimeter peripherally enhancing pituitary mass, paracellular extension along the right cavernous sinus and compression of the optic chiasm. The next aliquat will reveal the final diagnosis.
