What Bitcoin Should Be?

I think it's good to have an ideal picture of what Bitcoin should be, but the reality is a little bit more complicated. Maybe just separating more of the consensus stuff from a parational business logic stuff might help a lot. Like industry wants something set in stone to develop on top, right? It's like, for example, we did the PSBT thing was forgotten, nobody was using it. But then somebody starts using it about, let's change it.
