The L-Rad Is Not a Weapon

The City of New York attempted to have the case thrown out. They argued that since the L-Rad only uses sound, it can't be excessive force. In fact, they say it's not a force at all. The danger with any exposure to overly loud sounds is that those inner ear parts will be permanently damaged by that movement.
