Incorporating Subjects in Transitive Verbs
The theory of non-incorporation is still an open issue. It seems like the whole thing kind of is more about the object side than the subject side particularly since the type one involves reducing valency. You can't reduce the valency of a uh of an intransitive verb any further. Don't you love it when linguists don't know what's going on? Isn't that always? Seriously? I don't think it's always but it's most of the time.
