Alison Arun is held hostage by a man claiming to be her husband. The phone rings and the voice on the other end identifies it as that of Alison's daughter, Vivie. She tries to call vivie but can't get through at first. Eventually she manages to speak with Hiren felix who says he has been trying to find his wife for days. He asks if any others have seen or heard from their daughter. They say they don't know anything about anyone else being held against their will. Alison gets angry and storms off into the washroom where she locks the door. But Felix comes back in just in time to give her a chocolate bar before heading upstairs
