Is There a Difference Between Normal Groups of People and the State?
There has to be some difference between normal groups of people and the state if they are allowed to do it, he says. Sso i mean, you could say, oh, the difference is just the property of being a state. As far as i know, nobody thinksat that's an adequate explanation. But definitely, if you kidnap the neighbors who don't pay you and lock them in your basement, that would not be ok, ight? M, but this does seem to be like the behaviour of a government, al right? Sor they make rules, and then they decide that the people who violate those rules should be subject to very unpleasant conditions.
