The Disjunction, King or Monk?
If you go into it with a shortter mentality, i don't think you actually end up sticking around long enough for this process to really play out. You have to trust your own instincts more than you worry about the immediate feedback. It's like, well, if i think i'm playing a 20 year game, i'm not really going to know until, maybe than 20 years from now whether it worked. There's this other point that ie brought up that seems related to this, which is, i summarize it with this disjunction, king or monk.
