And for no reason in particular, all of a sudden, I just started to run as hard as I could at the end of a very long run," he says. "When I finally ran that last 200 meters or so, and I couldn't take another step, I burst into tears." 'It was such an overwhelming high to get my potential because there's tons of people who could have run faster than me' He adds: 'The way I feel when I'm doing my speaking isn't because of what comes back from the audience.'
