Stephanie O'Connell has been doing a lot of work around money and ambition especially for women. I think she just does a really good job of talking about a topic that doesn't often get addressed it can't get swept under the road people just say oh you know just if you want something want more money just ask for it but that doesn't just work for everyone. It's proven proven time and time again that women aren't treated the same way in the workplace and aren't given the same opportunities so I think she has a really great job of shining light on that.
