The Adventures of Alessia Zakini
This one focuses on a sort of sport diver called Alessia Zakini, who is an Italian woman. The safety divers also essentially have to be free divers because you can't come back up fast enough if you've got scuba gear on. So they also have to be like holding their breath and diving pretty deep to help the divers get back up. It's a really affecting film and it is a really fascinating look into this world that you haven't seen before. But I would probably be somewhere in the high three low four camp - not going to completely change your world.
